You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph2com may require documentary proof of the information you provide at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accepted Philippine identification documents include UMID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Postal ID, and Philippine Passport.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph2com login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph2com shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify ph2com's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ph2com reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ph2com may result in temporary account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
ph2com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, subject to availability and applicable limits: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online Transfer, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter deposits. ph2com reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the ph2com deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your ph2com wallet in real time, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and network conditions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider restrictions. ph2com targets a processing time of five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content or software on the Platform without the express prior written consent of ph2com.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2com, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session progress, or any other economic losses, even if ph2com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph2com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. ph2com does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph2com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
ph2com collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on ph2com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph2com will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services and meet our legal obligations.
ph2com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of formal submission, it may be escalated to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in Metro Manila under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for any disputes that proceed to litigation.
